Whether you’re working on strengthening intimacy, healing from past wounds, or building healthier relationships, I offer a safe, affirming space where you can explore and grow. My work is grounded in respect, inclusivity, and a commitment to supporting your unique journey toward wellness.
As a licensed clinical professional counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health (Lincoln Christian University) as well as a Certificate in Sex Therapy (Adler University), I am dedicated to helping individuals and couples connect more deeply and work through challenges in their relationships and personal lives.
I approach therapy from a person-centered perspective, meeting you where you are and integrating the therapeutic tools that best fit your needs. In my work with individuals, I incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to help clients manage emotions, enhance mindfulness, and face life’s challenges with resilience. I also draw on my training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support safe, guided processing of past experiences. With couples, I use Gottman Method principles alongside sensate focus techniques to gently foster trust, intimacy, and open communication.
I take a holistic approach to care by collaborating with other providers to support your overall treatment goals. I’m Safe Zone® trained and committed to allyship with LGBTQIA+ and Black and Brown communities.
Together, let’s create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
